Update
We have had a handover meeting with Firstport and Urang. It is evident that as well as failing to communicate with your Board, Firstport have failed to provide all the information which Urang require, particularly about work in progress and unresolved maintenance issues. It also transpires that Firstport have not been paying their suppliers which is causing further difficulty, as well as delaying the transfer of funds to Urang.
None of this is acceptable and we are taking appropriate action. Nevertheless, in our meeting Firstport agreed to a plan to ensure that Urang have all the information they require within the next few days, finally allowing Urang to provide the services we and you require. This will include identification of any suppliers' who have not been paid and who may therefore be reluctant to continue to provide maintenance services.
We take no pleasure that this woeful performance vindicates our decision to move away from Firstport but we ask for your patience as the handover progresses.

Urang will shortly be issuing a welcome letter and pack to all residents. We may not have an up to date e mail address so we would be grateful if you could e mail our transition manager, Kirsty Brown, at kirsty.brown@urang.co.uk with updated details. You will then be invited to sign up to Urang's portal. Please also note the welcome letter will include bank details for all service charge details, which should now be paid to Urang.
