Sky and Firstport

Despite being reported many weeks ago, Firstport have failed to rectify the reception issue affecting many Sky boxes. They assert that this is due t0 failed equipment which is currently on order by their contractor. We have asked but not received updates from Firstport and continue to chase. You may be aware that Urang take over from Firstport in a month's time and we suspect this may be affecting the levels of service we are receiving from Firstport. We will continue to press and escalate this issue but we will also raise with Urang to see if there is a better interim solution.
Apologies for late reply as I have been away. The change to Urang, the nee managing agent, is happening tomorrow so no doubt Firstport are just ignoring tis issue. I am meeting Urang tomorrow so will take this up with them as a priority. We will post new contact details for Urang later today.
We are having same sky issues, very upsetting its not getting fixed :(
Hi Nigel, Can you please give me the emergency number for the managing agents as the one I have is disconnected. We have no water in our flat. I have checked with Thames Water and they have no problems in this area. They think it might be a problem with the water risers and told me to contact the managing agents.
