Rainwater Harvesting

St James made a commitment to installing rainwater harvesting to be used in toilets ad washing machines across their sites including Emerald Square. The system installed by St James has proven expensive to maintain with continuing problems with pumps, electrical supply and cleaning. The Directors are engaged with St James as to whether the system as designed and installed was fit for purpose with a response from St James awaited. As a back up, the Directors have asked for the cost of decommissioning the system to be estimated so that an analysis of all the options can be made. This may take some time, but once the way forward can be evaluated, further information will be posted.
