Directors

The current directors are Martin Bowen, Hossein Bayat and Nigel Smith. The Board has now received applications for new Board members from a number of residents. This has been very encouraging as Martin and Hossein wish to step down in the New Year.

Procedures which govern the Board and new appointments are set out in the company’s articles of association which are available through Companies House. We await final submissions from all applicants and plan to announce new appointments as soon as possible.
